We believe that understanding where we’ve been is essential to shaping where we’re going. That trust remains our greatest responsibility and our clearest guide.

As we closed 2025, your credit union reached a meaningful milestone, growing to nearly 52,000 credit union members. This growth is not simply a reflection of scale. It reflects something more enduring: a shared belief in who we are and what we are building together.

We are strengthening every layer of your credit union in ways designed to serve you today, support you tomorrow, and help you and your family move forward with confidence for years to come.

That strength is the result of disciplined performance, thoughtful growth, and a clear path forward. We have made intentional decisions—always with you in mind—to ensure that we are not only growing, but doing so in the right way. That means doing the right thing, even when it is not the easiest path, and remaining grounded in our commitment to put our you first in every decision we make.

That commitment begins with me. It is my responsibility to model this standard and set the example by empowering and enabling every team member to do the same. Together, we are building a culture of shared accountability and collective strength, ensuring that every interaction and every moment of service reflects the level of care and excellence you deserve.

This will be a defining year of modernization for your credit union, thoughtfully designed and executed across many layers of our organization, all with you in mind. We are investing in new technologies, reimagining how we serve you, and continuing to innovate in ways that make managing your finances simpler, faster, and more personalized.

At the same time, we are elevating our service model to deliver a more refined and personalized experience that meets you where you are and anticipates your needs with greater precision and care.

Equally important is the investment we are making in our people—because a stronger credit union begins with a stronger team. Over the past six months, our team has continued to enhance how we serve you through advanced Lean Six Sigma training and development. In January, we launched our inaugural, year-long leadership development program—bringing together forty-two leaders and emerging leaders from across CFCU. This investment reflects our commitment to strengthening leadership at every level of the organization, ensuring we have the depth, alignment, and capability to lead CFCU forward with clarity and purpose. We also recently received the results of our enhanced employee engagement survey, reflecting a deeply engaged, highly motivated, and increasingly empowered team—strengthening how we serve you every day.

These efforts are not separate from your experience. They are directly connected to it. Every investment we make in our people is an investment in how we serve you and support your financial progress.

We are also expanding how we listen. We are launching our CEO Advisory Council, bringing together credit union member voices to help inform and shape our digital experience and future priorities. Your perspective will continue to play a critical role in how we evolve.
